  • When a home has become larger than life, our Downsizing Support blends gentle decluttering, basic packing and a preparatory clean so the move into a smaller property feels light rather than daunting.

    What we do

    1. Item‑by‑item help to decide Keep → Pack, Gift, Donate, Recycle or Dispose. We bring colour‑coded crates and labels so decisions are visible, fast and stress‑free.

    2. Secure Packing & Micro‑Inventory – Kept items are wrapped, boxed and labelled by destination room; we generate a concise list (spreadsheet + printed sheet) so you or the removal team know exactly what’s inside every carton.

    3. Responsibility Runs – Same‑day drop‑off to local charities; recycling centre runs for e‑waste, cardboard and textiles; bins and shredder for the rest—leaving no piles behind.

    4. Light Farewell Clean – Quick vacuum, surface wipe and cobweb removal so each cleared room feels orderly and ready for surveys, photos or estate‑agent viewings.

    A compassionate, end‑to‑end service for handling a loved one’s belongings and preparing the property for sale, rental or probate inspection.

    We combine meticulous cataloguing with discreet sorting and an optional deep clean—so the family can focus on memories, not logistics.

    What we do

    1. Family Brief & Confidential Agreement – We open with a signed NDA and a walk‑through to record valuables, sensitive paperwork and areas that require special respect (e.g. photo albums, jewellery boxes).

    2. Photo & Spreadsheet Inventory – Every room and significant item is photographed and logged (make, model, serial, rough value). The digital file helps solicitors and beneficiaries see what exists before decisions are made.

    3. Systematic Sorting – Gentle Keep / Gift / Donate / Appraise / Dispose segmentation with family approval. Valuables and personal papers are boxed separately for executor review.

    4. Secure Packing & Labelled Storage – Keepsakes are wrapped in acid‑free tissue, heirlooms boxed for transport, and donation items packed and itemised for Gift‑Aid receipts.

    5. Responsible Disposal & Charity Deliveries – Coordinated runs to local charities, recycling centres and, when required, licensed waste carriers; all receipts handed to the executor.

    6. Transitional Deep Clean – Once rooms are cleared, we vacuum floors and upholstery, steam bathrooms and kitchens, dust skirting and light fittings, wash interior windows and neutralise odours—leaving a calm, respectable space for valuation or marketing photos.

    • Light grocery shop or click‑and‑collect (cost of food added at checkout) stocking easy‑eat items: soup, yoghurt, fruit, hydration drinks.

    • Prep two simple, nurse‑approved meals—think steamed vegetables, protein portions and a batch of oat & fruit energy pots.

    • Empty bins, set up a washing‑up station or dishwasher cycle so no dishes lurk in the sink.

  • Every visit can include

    • Hygienic surface clean of kitchen & bathroom, quick vacuum and mop of high‑traffic areas.

    • Laundry washed, folded and put away—including bed‑linen change if lifting is restricted.

    • Light meal prep: chopping veg, assembling slow‑cooker recipes, batching smoothies, creating quick-grab snack and drinks stations

    • Prescription pick‑up, post & parcel run, grocery top‑up or dog‑lead hand‑off to a walker.

    • Daily‑living check: we note dwindling supplies (painkillers, dressings, milk) and text or email a concise “need soon” list.

    • End‑of‑visit mini‑reset—re‑fill water jug, tidy remote controls, stash clutter, dim lights or draw curtains per your comfort.

    Booking window: Seven days, 07:00–19:00 standard; evenings up to 22:00 available (+£10 per visit) so you can nap uninterrupted. Visits may be paused, shortened or extended week‑to‑week—just give 24 h notice.

    We use high-temperature steam to lift dirt, kill bacteria, and neutralise odours. Cleaning this way allows us to use less chemicals whilst still getting great results.

    It’s effective, fast-drying, and ideal for hard floors, grout, tile, and glass. It’s also great for mattresses and soft furnishings that are carrying a little odour.

    Steam is especially powerful in bathrooms and kitchens, where hygiene and shine matter most.

    It also helps reduce allergens and is safe for homes with children or pets.

  • We clean Nottingham’s kitchens with eco enzyme sprays that break down grease, grime, and food residue at a molecular level—no need for bleach or artificial scents.

    Cupboard fronts, splashbacks, and appliances are wiped down and buffed to a shine, and stainless steel is polished using product-safe microfibre cloths.
