BIMBI HOME TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Bimbi Home Ltd, we specialise in professional domestic cleaning, deep-detail cleaning, and home organising services tailored to your needs.
DEFINITIONS 1.1. “Company”, “we”, “us” or “Bimbi Home” refers to the cleaning, detailing, and organising service operated by Bimbi Home Ltd. 1.2. “Client”, “you” or “your” refers to the individual or organisation booking services. 1.3. “Services” means all domestic cleaning, deep-detail cleaning, home organising, maintenance, and associated services provided by the Company. 1.4. “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions together with any Service Confirmation, quotation, invoice or proposal.
DEFINITIONS 1.1. “Company”, “we”, “us” or “Bimbi Home” refers to the cleaning and organising service operated by Bimbi Home Ltd. 1.2. “Client”, “you” or “your” refers to the individual or organisation booking services. 1.3. “Services” means all cleaning, organising, maintenance and associated services provided by the Company. 1.4. “Agreement” means these Terms & Conditions together with any Service Confirmation, quotation, invoice or proposal.
SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.1. We will deliver Services as described in the Service Confirmation or quotation. 2.2. Any changes or additions must be agreed in writing and may incur additional fees.
BOOKINGS & QUOTATIONS 3.1. Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated. 3.2. A booking is confirmed once we receive a signed Service Confirmation or a non‑refundable deposit where applicable.
PRICING & PAYMENT 4.1. Service fees are as set out in our current price list or quotation. 4.2. Payment is due in full upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4.3. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily until payment.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING 5.1. You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without penalty. 5.2. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the quoted service value. 5.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather, equipment failure or unforeseen events; in such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.
ACCESS & CLIENT OBLIGATIONS 6.1. You must provide safe and reasonable access to the premises, including parking, keys or entry codes. 6.2. You warrant that all utilities (electricity, water, heating) will be operational during service delivery. 6.3. You are responsible for removing any fragile, valuable or sentimental items prior to our arrival.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE 7.1. We hold public liability insurance with a limit of £5 million. 7.2. We accept liability for loss or damage caused by our negligence up to the value of the total service fee. 7.3. We are not liable for pre‑existing damage or wear and tear, or for items not removed as per clause 6.3.
HEALTH & SAFETY 8.1. All staff are trained in safe working practices and carry valid identification. 8.2. You must inform us of any known hazards or risks (e.g. slippery floors, aggressive pets) before service delivery.
DATA PROTECTION & CONFIDENTIALITY 9.1. We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Data Protection legislation. 9.2. We undertake to keep all business and personal information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 10.1. All materials and documentation provided by Bimbi Home remain our intellectual property. 10.2. You may use such materials solely for the purpose of receiving and understanding the Services.
TERMINATION 11.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 14 days of written notice. 11.2. Upon termination, you will pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
FORCE MAJEURE 12.1. Neither party is liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, war, pandemic or government restrictions.
VARIATION 13.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be notified to you in writing and will apply to bookings made thereafter.
GOVERNING LAW 14.1. This Agreement and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
